I just cleaned up the neighborhood...still will be doing so later. However, if you think you've been removed, leave me a note and I'll re-add you.
I wanted to reach out and ask anyone if they had any good resources for online vegetarian recipes. I have a lot of recipes, but most of them are meat, or are dessert. I need some help of what to eat for dinners, since I won’t want to eat caesar salad every night. Last night I had macaroni and cheese, but I’ll have to give that up, too, when the gluten goes, unless I can find gluten-free noodles to add cheese to.
I know I won’t be completely vegan until I give up the cheese and yogurt, but I’m leaving those in till the bitter end. I like cheese a lot, even if it’s not particularly good for you. I eat it because I think it helps keep the weight on.
That being said, I’m sure you’re wondering why I am going to bother taking so many things out of my usual diet. Part of me wonders if I am so thin because of things I eat that aren’t being absorbed anyway. I’ve been to the doctor and I don’t have a raging metabolism. I don’t have anything wrong with me…I’m just really little. I suppose it does look bad as Canada and the States are getting to be rather rotund nations. I know I’m more used to seeing cute, curvy girls these days.
However, that’s an entirely different issue that I may or may not discuss at some point in time.
So, I totally got off on mini-word rampage, but all I’d like to know of is your favourite vegetarian recipe sites. ![]()
I missed yesterday's episode - what happened? Is Heidi still trying to be all friendly with Audrina?
So this week we saw a new friendship between Lauren and Stephanie Pratt as well as Heidi finally growing a pair and kicking Spencer out.
What are your thoughts on these things? Do you think it's a good idea that LC and Stephanie are becoming friends? Do you think it's about time that Heidi finally kicked out Spencer, or do you think she should give him another chance?
I don't think it's going to bode well for Lauren and Stephanie. If she's anything like her brother, this could spell out big trouble. I really want to hope that nothing too shady will go down, but Lauren seems to surround herself with these types of people...so only time will tell.

TMZ has learned that Academy Award nominee Heath Ledger has died in NY.
He was found in one of his residences in Soho by his housekeeper at 3:35 PM ET, dead in his bed. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they believe it was not a crime.
The 28-year-old actor has a daughter with former fiancee Michelle Williams.
Story developing...
ETA: MSNBC is reporting that the actor was found, surrounded by pills.
The NY Times is reporting a masseuse arrived at his apartment and was let in the door by a housekeeper, who then knocked on the door of Mr. Ledger's bedroom. When no one answered, the housekeeper and the masseuse opened the bedroom door and found Mr. Ledger unconscious. They attempted to wake him, and when they couldn't they called 911.
We're told when paramedics responded, the actor was in full cardiac arrest. They attempted to perform CPR on him, but were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
CNN reports possible drug overdose was suspected.
